Return & Refund Policy

1. SUPPORT CASES


Please note that in certain cases, we may not be able to resolve issues if the package label (containing your shipping information) is not provided. We recommend that you keep the label and document the process of unboxing the package.


It is important to note that we only allow for modifications or cancellations to your order within 24 hours of payment. After this time, we will not be able to make any changes to your order.

 

2. RETURN POLICY


Since all items are made to order, we will only consider resend requests if one of the specific conditions is met. We do not accept returns for reasons such as not interested in the item anymore, incorrect shipping address, etc.


Should you need to return an item, please pack it carefully and send it back to the address printed on the package. The item must be unused and in its original condition. You must notify us of any issues with your order within 5 days of receiving the package. The following reasons are acceptable for returns:

  • The products have been damaged
  • The printing quality is unclear or the materials are not as described on our website
  • The design or size differs from what was ordered
  • Other mistakes made by us.


In order for us to properly assist you with shipping or product errors, it is important to provide all relevant evidence. Please make sure to include all necessary pictures in your submission. The following is a list of examples of what should be included:

  • Picture or video of the shipping label
  • Picture or video of the product SKU
  • Picture or video of the product and the error you have identified (e.g. flawed material, incorrect design, incorrect size)

Please send these images to our email address, ensuring that we have access to view them.

Once the issue has been resolved, we will send a replacement at no cost within 15 days..


3. REFUND/ RETURN POLICY


If you wish to request a refund or return, please reach out to us first and describe your situation. Without prior contact, any items returned to us will be deemed forfeit.

  • It's important to note that we do not offer refunds or returns for items due to dissatisfaction with the material used. The material description is provided before placing an order, so please review carefully.
  • As each item is made-to-order and unique to you, we cannot offer a refund or return if the item was delivered according to your order specifications (design, size, product type, etc.).
  • If the item was not delivered due to a mistake in the shipping address provided by the customer, or if the customer was not present to receive the package, there will not be eligible for a refund. Additionally, if a package is refused by the recipient, no refund will be issued.
  • In some cases, packages may be destroyed by Customs or the carrier, and a new order will need to be placed by the customer.


There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

  • Any item not in its original condition is damaged or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that reaches us after 30 days counting from the first shipment date.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you we have received your returned item. 

Depending on cases, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs of the original order are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.


Late or missing refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund yet after we inform you, please first double-check your bank account.
  • Second, you can contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Third, please contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us. 


Items not arrived

The 50-day policy will be based on the shipping date. If in case it has passed 50 days for US orders and/or 90 days for international orders and the package has not arrived yet, then replacement or refund will be offered depending on what you prefer. Customers can choose from refund or replacement.


(This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) and missed parcel deliveries). Please note: Due to the popularity of certain items in our catalog, shipping times may take longer than the estimates shown on the website.
